1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process, including the return address and shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full or partial refund (depending on the item condition) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging to support your claim.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via email or phone.
